Applicants for this position are required to submit responses to the following supplemental questions.  Your completed responses to the supplemental questionnaire will be evaluated to determine your qualifications and must be completed properly in order to be given full consideration for the next phase in the selection process. Additionally, your responses will also be evaluated and used in the selection process in order to identify the best qualified applicants.

Do you currently possess two years of increasingly responsible experience in any of the following CUPA programs: hazardous waste generator, hazardous materials business plan, underground storage tanks, aboveground storage tanks,  Cal ARP, storm water and waste tire programs; investigating community health hazardous; evaluating occupational work sites and ensuring compliance with the applicable laws and regulations, responding to emergency hazardous materials incidents (including the documentation, identification, risk assessment, and advisement of clean up)?

Please specifically describe your work experience in the CUPA programs mentioned in question #1.  If your work experience includes an assignment that placed you in a regulatory or enforcement capacity also describe this work experience. Please describe your work experience and certifications as an inspector in Underground Storage Tank (UST) and Aboveground Petroleum Storage Tank (APST) programs.  Include examples of specific projects you have worked on in reference to Question #3

Please describe your experience working with electronic devices.  In your response please indicate, what programs you are proficient in, your experience using electronic devices in the field as an inspection tool, and your experience with electronic reporting.

Please describe your experience in the Administrative Enforcement Orders (AEOs), Clean Water program (CWP), Waste Tire program, and Hazardous Materials emergency response incidents.
