As a Supervising Librarian II, you will be asked to establish and maintain many internal and external partnerships. Please tell us about a time where you developed and strengthened an existing or new partnership with a stakeholder or professional organization. Who was involved in the partnership? Why was the partnership necessary? What could have happened if the partnership perished? What did you personally do to ensure the partnership remained healthy? What was the most difficult part of the partnership and how did you deal with said difficulties? If you had to do it all over again, would you do anything different? What was the ultimate outcome?

Please describe an experience when you have trained an employee or co-worker in a particular task on the job. What was the task, what steps did you take to teach that task, and what was the result?

Making organizational changes can be difficult. What steps have you taken to build buy-in from co-workers or subordinates regarding organizational change in your current or previous employment? What was the change and how did you help to build buy-in?
