Please describe your experience designing employee safety training and loss prevention programs.  In your response, please indicate how you used work injury data in the design of the programs, the modalities used to deliver the training (classroom, online, situational exercises) with whom you may have collaborated in the design and delivery of services (i.e. public protection, general government, health care, vendors, other areas of risk management, other public entities), your specific role and responsibilities and where you obtained this experience.

Please describe your experience responding to Cal OSHA complaints. Describe your role working with CalOSHA and the department from which the complaint originated, from the time the complaint was reported to resolution of the complaint. Please be detailed in your response.

Please describe your experience managing procurement processes and vendor contracts. Please describe the scope of services that were procured, the range of values and timeframes of the contracts or purchasing agreements, and how you monitored and addressed contractor performance.
