These four positions are summer leadership positions for young people aged 20-26 years of age with the Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control, Division of Parks and Recreation. The persons selected for this position will provide daily leadership to a team of 5 YCC members through 8 weeks of the summer, ensuring all projects are completed, and members receive a meaningful outdoor experience. All positions are seasonal positions working 32 hours per week June 11th – August 24th, 2018.
The mission of the Delaware State Parks YCC is to engage youth in important conservation and park projects while providing learning that fosters teamwork, self-esteem, social responsibility and respect for the environment.

** This is an environmental stewardship summer job, not a summer camp experience; the participants will work hard, sometimes in difficult conditions including mud, hot sun, and mosquitoes and flies.
