Job Requirements

JOB REQUIREMENTS for Corporations Section Administrator
Applicants must have education, training and/or experience demonstrating competence in each of the following areas:

  1. Three years' experience in interpreting business entity OR Uniform Commercial Code laws, rules, regulations, standards, policies and procedures.
  2. One year of experience in information systems project management which includes planning, scheduling, staffing, coordinating, controlling, monitoring, evaluating and reporting on status of information systems projects.
  3. One year of experience in program administration such as overseeing and directing the development, implementation and evaluation of programs and services; planning and establishing short and long range program goals and objectives. Providing advice to other agency organizational units through consultation.
  4. Six months' experience in operations management which includes planning, directing, coordinating, controlling and evaluating operations typically through subordinate supervisors.
  5. Six months' experience in developing policies or procedures.
  6. Knowledge of strategic planning such as planning and mapping a path between the present and future usually for three to five years by determining key objectives, how to accomplish the key objectives, what strategies should be used, what activities would contribute to accomplishing the key objectives and developing performance measures to gauge and report progress or success.
  7. Knowledge of revenue forecasting which includes examining revenue sources and conditions impacting revenues and analyzing past and present trends to predict future revenues.
