Under general direction, on an consultative basis, to provide the Social Services Agency with professional services related to the planning and development of new programs; to provide professional expertise and consultation to existing programs; and to perform related duties as required.
DISTINGUISHING FEATURES Consultants, Social Services Agency, are hired on an hourly basis providing specific services that are not otherwise available to the Agency. Incumbents are hired on a temporary basis typically to develop or assist in the development and implementation of new programs, systems, and procedures; to assist in project design; to provide staff development services; and to perform other related consultative services. |
